How Mindful Mama was created 

Are you feeling exhausted, experiencing anxiety, feeling a bit lost in your motherhood journey and wanting to connect back with yourself? Well you're not alone! I've been in your shoes and walked this path too.

Mindful Mama was created with, well yes Moms in mind ! 

As a montessori teacher, I got to work closely with parents, and then realized how much guidance they had while expecting a child but how much little help moms get once their child

is born. 

​

I became an integrative nutrition health coach and certified 200 hr yoga teacher, prenatal  and mommy and me yoga teacher. I figured I would help approach parenting from every possible angle as much as I could. 

​

I want to help you find your joy again, discover how to make wellness a lifestyle by bringing in habits that fit into your day to day (very busy and unpredictable) life

​

My purpose, is that you enjoy motherhood a little more every day.
