Service Description

A yoga class designed with the postpartum body in mind. You can rest assured that you will be moving through poses that will strengthen yet be gentle on your body, while also connecting with your baby; your baby will be joining you in several poses if you like :) Please feel free to breastfeed, bottle feed, change a diaper, or anything else you and/or your baby need during class.
